These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Website, services, applications, and tools (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Website or our Services.
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Updates will be published on the Website, and continued use of the Website after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Service My Car” refers to SMC Auto Service Broker LLC, a company registered under Dubai Department of Economic Development, License No. 809649, P.O. Box 333761, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- “You”, “Your”, “Customer”, “User” refers to any person accessing, using, or registering on the Website or availing Services from Service My Car.
- Country of domicile: United Arab Emirates.
2. Eligibility

Services are not available to individuals under the age of 18. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or transacting on the Website.
- We do not provide services to entities or individuals in OFAC or sanctioned countries.
- The User is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and payment details.
3. Vehicle Servicing

Online service packages include service charges only.
- Parts are excluded and must be approved and paid for by the Customer before vehicle delivery.
4. Collection and Delivery

Free collection and delivery is offered with online service bookings (applicable only in Dubai & Abu Dhabi). Locations other than Dubai & Abu Dhabi would attract pick-up and delivery charges.
- At handover, our driver will conduct a visual inspection/damage report which must be signed by you. This report will be shared via email/SMS.
- Customers must remove all valuables before vehicle collection. Service My Car assumes no liability for loss of personal items.
- If a booking is cancelled after vehicle collection, pickup/delivery charges will apply.
5. Payments

Payment for service packages must be made online via our secure payment gateway.
- Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED are accepted.
- Confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of successful payment.
- Costs for additional parts or repairs will be shared post-inspection and must be settled prior to vehicle release. Customers may choose to undertake additional repairs elsewhere.
6. Vehicle Parts

Option 1: Customer-supplied parts - No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts.
- Option 2: Service My Car-supplied parts - Genuine or aftermarket parts are offered, based on your budget. All Genuine OEM parts supplied by Service My Car include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Special-order parts require advance payment, are non-refundable, and may be subject to third-party shipping delays.
7. Warranty

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes normal wear-and-tear or electrical component failure.
- Any alteration, tampering, or unauthorised work on covered parts voids warranty.
- Warranty claims require inspection by our technical team. Resolution timelines are subject to parts availability.
- Courtesy or rental vehicles are not provided under warranty claims.
- Customer-supplied parts or used parts are not covered under warranty.
8. Liability for Fines and Accidents

From collection to delivery, Service My Car and its authorised agents are responsible for any traffic fines or accidents.
- Fines will be investigated and reimbursed where applicable.
- In case of accidents, claims will be filed with the insurer. If the vehicle is deemed a total loss, a replacement car will be provided for up to 14 days free of charge.
9. Parking Charges

AED 25/day applies if the customer fails to decide or collect the vehicle within 3 days of receiving a repair estimate.
- AED 50/day applies if the vehicle remains uncollected beyond 7 days after repairs are completed.
- Vehicle release requires settlement of all invoices and accrued parking charges.
10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled service date.
- No refunds apply within 7 days of service date.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–45 business days, subject to the issuing bank.
- No refunds are permitted on promotional offers.
Service Contracts

Within first 3 months: Up to 50% refund (only if no service has been utilised, at Service My Car’s sole discretion).
- After 3 months or once a service has been used: Non-refundable.
11. VAT

All prices are exclusive of VAT. A 5% VAT will be applied in accordance with UAE law.
